Crown-splitter sword
Is there any way to get it the Titan specific sword other then random drop?

Heroic Menagire. Run it on your Titan. You get one the class specific on the first successful run.

Crown splitter can randomly be awarded in the standard loot pool occasionally, I got a masterworked Crown Splitter to drop from a Banshee reward while playing on my Warlock about a month ago. I got the Hunter sword once while on my Titan

Throne-Cleaver is the exact same sword, but better since you can get certain random rolls on it. You can get it from the Heroic Menagerie, your first time should be a guaranteed drop and then it drops randomly after that every four or five matches or something. Same with the Hunter and the Warlock.

It’s that first guaranteed one and then farming beyond that.
