How long does it take Bungie to reply to appeals?

Did all of Bungie Support die of COVID-19? How long am I going to have to wait to get unbanned? It’s been 2 whole weeks and no response. It’s not my fault I got beavered 100’s of times this season. >suspended indefinitely from crucible activities
