The Mida Multi-tool is not a bad gun but they is ways to make it better like for the intrinsic trait keep the boost to the player movement speed just add something like rampage. For it's catalyst get rid of outlaw because the gun reloads fast enough already give it something like overflow and can you change the requirement for getting it.Change it to where you have to get a certain number of kills. For the Mini Tool you can just give it kill clip.So please buff these weapons because they're very bad and no one really use them.
