Fun Fact: Grandmaster Nightfall Requirements were nerfed because...
Their favorite Streamers are no where near a power level of 1060, let alone 1020. They've all been playing and streaming other games because this season has been so lackluster it's been hurting Destiny 2's Twitch Directory.
"Grandmaster should be watchable." This is the only reason Grandmaster Nightfall exists, to give people something to watch on Twitch during the weekdays while Trials is something to watch during the weekend. It is now apparent that this season was tailor made specifically for their streamer crowd.
Now, we've already watched cheaters and hackers in Trials during the weekend, are we all ready to watch cheaters and hackers in Grandmaster Nightfall with rapid fire and unlimited ammo Heavy and unlimited respawns during the weekdays too? If there is a leaderboard, like how we had a Nightfall scoring one back in the day, be prepared to name and shame unfamiliar names ranking much higher than any other familiar names. But if there is no leaderboard, be prepared to see those cheaters and hackers doing paid carries through the Grandmaster Nightfalls to sell people titles.
What a worthy season this has been.

I still to this day don't understand why people sit there and watch someone play the game when they could be playing it themselves. Info and updates etc I can understand. Just watching a stream makes no sense to me.

If they want the game to be watchable, they should commit 100%, and give player a SPECTATOR MODE, in trial (with a ±20 second delay), and in grand master/raid. I could definitely go behind that.

1 ReplyTo be honest, they might be intending it to benefit streamers but the majority of them have pretty much zero interest in gm nightfalls anyway as they've all been grinding the regular master. At this point Bungie doesn't even know how to cater to them, never mind the majority of its player base.

People watch the PvP stuff? I kinda get the raid day streams as over hyped as they are. (They are some of the most boring streams to watch honestly) But Bungo is really expecting people to tune in for nightfalls?

There are only a few streamers that I can watch for a long period of time but thats maybe 30 minutes at most lol. Those are Zk because well... yeah😅. DFP for comedy and Cammy but thats about it. Edit: Is naming streamers classified as Naming and Shaming?🤔. I apologize if it is.
