Hey, I made a video in hopes of getting bungie to care about the "small number" of Xbox players. The more this gets watched and spread around, the higher odds we have of bungie caring about us and fixing this month long issue.

Nice Video, thanks for taking your time to make it. You made a good point at the beginning of the video about them trying to make every error code out to be our network and not their servers or software. Ill tell you why its not resolved yet, they are spending their time and effort right now having round tables to discuss how they can make this look like our fault instead of theirs. Not to mention the troll bungie cheerleaders they have on here who have no clue what they are talking about trying to help their cause. You notice how the trolls are not affected by the issue. They are saying be patient it takes time they are looking into it, not one of them has the issue so along with the fact they are clueless and look worse and worse every time they post something, they only troll and make people with the issue more upset.

36 RepliesTime out. The issue is currently being worked on. If they weren’t working on it at all, I’d understand why you made this. As it has been mentioned multiple times to you and others, they are trying to prioritize this issue and they have identified the root cause of the problem. They are very aware of how it is affecting people or what kind of a disruption it is causing. However, that said, we are still losing the most important point in all of this: they are not working in their studios at the moment. Most, if not all, of them are working from home, which has its own set of challenges. Things may be slower to get resolved due to a number of issues that could occur over the course of a workday. I ask that you take a step back and understand that, while they are doing the very best they can to keep us happy, they are trying to keep healthy as well as maintain the game for us. Washington state was hit the hardest, first. They could very well still be in a strict lockdown status where they cannot leave their homes to go to work unless they are an essential business. I understand that some of you will come back and say that I’m a troll or I don’t know what you’re talking about. I recognize that. I frankly don’t care, because I know I’m not and I’ve gotten confirmation from others that I’m not. But please respect the fact that they are being hamstrung, like the rest of us, due to a pandemic we have never faced in our age. It’s fine to be mad at the situation, but be understanding and patient as we are all working through this lager situation together right now. Getting toxic, throwing barbs and making claims that “they aren’t listening to us!” (when they clearly are) is not going to get this issue fixed any faster.

I have had this problem for over 2 weeks now, if they were going to fix it bungie would have fixed it by now. People like us should be asking for money back. I can not see them doing anything about it not enough people complaining about it

3 RepliesWhy cant Bungie just give us an official statement on this issue cause these copy paste responses are really unhelpful and the same thing over and over again. Also please give us some sort compensation like silver of the next seasons pass discounted or free cause we pour all of our money and hours into this game and all we get is this copy paste BS.

6 RepliesOK mate, you are right that it needs to be sorted soon as I'm on week 3... 3 weeks of missed content and limited time things and we have had very little information. Now that's understandable due to then focusing on the time at hand. However we just have to be patient... Because honestly getting angry, getting insulted and even insulting the devs will NOT help in the slightest. Is this error annoying? Yes. Is it going to be fixed? Yes. Will it take time? Unfortunately yes. Again mate, just be patient. This isn't exactly a normal error all things considered because bungie seems to be genuinely concerned and confused. Just keep the light shining on guardians. We will return to blind the darkness with our light.

Great video! Good summary of the frustration a lot of us with watercress and newt errors are feeling. It's a shame the Bungie community managers aren't engaging with updates on resolving this issue. Think I'll play another game today that's more stable than Destiny, maybe Anthem 😂
