Black Screen Crash /Unable to Play
Every time I sing in to play with my chatacter, it keeps me inside a black screen with game sounds for 5 minutes before It returns me back to the starting screen.
It makes me unable to play the game regardless of my internet connection.
Please fix this Bungie!!

You're not alone here. Been having this same issue for over a week now. Hope it can get resolved soon. I'm sure they're doing all they can In these trying times.

Hi there. Thanks for contacting us. This is an error code that we're [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/255429769?sort=0&page=0]currently investigating[/url] but don't currently have a resolution to yet. We know it's a result of having too many "player sessions" opened. This basically means that when you quit Destiny 2, your session for that time played should go away, but this doesn't happen on Xbox. Unfortunately, the current workaround is to play your account on another platform with Cross Save, if you have that set up.
