Can't find Valkyrie Zero-shader in collections

So I fully upgraded the Io bunker, completing the set of three. I did get the shader Valkyrie Zero to drop, but it failed to appear in collections, so I can't get any more of it. I really like the shader, and want to use it. Is this a bug?

Okay, so it wasn't there for me until I exited the game and started it back up. Then the shader was in Open World on the 2nd page. So, maybe that will also work for you.

If you check your collections, it should be in the "Open World" section.
