Maxed IO Bunker but no Pinnacle/Triumph

So I went to my IO bunker, completely maxed it out, claimed all the upgrades but didn't pick up the final engram which was the pinnacle. Hoping I could get it on another character that needed I switched from Hunter to Warlock. I went to the bunker realized the engram is not there so I switched back to my Hunter to claim it but the engram when claimed wasn't Pinnacle and therefore I did not get the triumph even though the bunker is fully maxed out and I even pushed it's reputation a bit higher in hopes a level up could fix the triumph not popping. The triumph is required for the seasonal seal as well.

1 ReplyEveryone here, pay close attention. I figured out the problem. You know the sets of perks at the bottom of the page like an upgraded frame or Valkyrie. Make sure to OBTAIN ALL OF THEM when your done upgrading. When all 7 ave been claimed, I got the triumph.

I have this exact same issue for the same reason listed above. Tried on both PC an PS4 to no avail. Tried logging in as all 3 characters and going to the bunker but my pinnacle engram is gone and obviously no credit for completing the entire bunker. :(
