I noticed a significant drop in the triumph tracker for my lore, but I can't figure out what happened. If I add up all of the completed lore under each of the three sections, it's significantly higher than what is reported on the Triumphs tab on bungie.net. I was digging through, and I noticed some of the lore entries had an icon in front, and I thought maybe it wasn't including those for some reason. Pulling those out of my numbers drops me below what bungie is reporting. Confirmed across multiple accounts.
