Hello, maybe someone can help me. I wanted to do the questline to get Xenophage exotic machinegun. When I did the first quest step to get the quest itself, I had a full quest log. I lit the four altars on the moon, got the notification for a new quest, but It didn't show up in my quests tab, since it was full. I cleared out some space, then redid the first step to get the quest itself, but nothing dropped this time. Eris also doesn't have the quest. Is there any way I can recover it?
