I joined a few weeks ago so I can't/won't go into all the history that's been discussed but let's face it, complains are mainly about two things: roles and guests. I'll take them one by one, so roles first. If I'm mistaken feel free to correct me but roles are like job titles. If you expect to be a Director because you graduated a year ago it won't happen. If it does you are likely in the wrong company. Same with the clan roles - you need to [b]earn[/b] them. If requirements are too low they mean nothing, it's just people chasing titles with no way to differentiate between someone who deserves one and someone who doesn't. The more difficult to get them, the more meaningful. Of course, not everyone is happy about this which is normal. To continue the analogy with real life, if in one company/clan in our case you think requirements are too high for you there are others with lower. There is always an option and instead of complaining it's always better to spend that time searching for alternatives. Don't fool yourself into believe paradise exists where everyone is happy. It' doesn't! Second point was about guests. Let's start from fundamentals - having access to a server is a [b]privilege[/b] and not a right. Each community can decide how open to outside it is. Following the recent behavior of some members a decision was made to become a closed community. Is it bad? Definitely for some but let's not generalize. Members should always come first and that's exactly the current state. I'm happy to be part of the clan and so far the only downside since I joined was the recent behavior from a few members and drama they created. With the new changes I hope this has been resolved. I speak as a member who doesn't have a role and this post is not because I'm pursuing one. I'm OK not to have any until I might deserve one.

first : ok so loyalty should be rewarded but not with undeserved ranks,second :there are rules set in place to be followed ..friendship and that sht should not be a factor in getting a role .. third : people left the servers because they didnt meet the new requirements for roles and they god mad,this its a game,work to meet the new requierments have fun,this is a evolving comunity not a beg 2 give one ... forth : if you dont accept a decision from those who lost so much time in keeping and growing this clan the just quit,dont insult,dont be a kid,don't advertise for another server ... in the end this its a game ment 2 have fun 2 met new people not creating drama so chill my dudes and take it with a pinch of salt ..

This will be painful for both of us, BlackHamm3r, but there's a reason you lost members. Dissatisfaction with the decisions made. To "reward" loyalty, you penalised those not in the clan. I was active for every day since I joined, even when you kicked me, stripped back roles when I went to a different clan, but still I remained, active every day, helping out people in the community, and receiving help myself, with whatever I was doing. I helped your wolves, and they helped me. I reckon half of the raids done on the server either had me or my brother, Phantazm in them. Yet now we're gone, and for something we didn't even do. Yes, other's advertised Team Ridge, the clan we're in. Behaviours I dislike and don't condone. Banning Biscuit for poaching? He didn't take any damn one of us, we went to him on our own accord. Everyone i've spoke to was dissatisfied with the decisions made. Team Ridge, Clockwork's constructs and the like are all just places for ex-clan members to chill out, I know i certainly felt relieved when I left. People are afraid of you, of picking sides or standing up. People don't understand your actions or reasons, but what's the point of speaking out if you end up like me? Gone, banished and damn yeeted from the Discord for just going against your word. It's useless. Something Marshall said lingers in my brain, that if Phantazm or I wanted to stay in the server and help others, we were, and I quote you, "Bloody saints". That's from an ex-sherpa. Guests were at least half of the competent players/guides on the server I reckon. It's a shame to leave, considering there are great people in that server, Zeathen, domcza, Bravo101, and other fantastic people. When I left the clan, it was another admin who gave me contributor role, and had to shrug it off as "I'm sure they won't mind, you're active here". When I got kicked after a little row after deleting messages/suggestions, I rejoined, but couldn't even get permissions for a raid I had been scheduled to do, another admin had to vouch on my behalf to get me my roles back. And not to forget that you removed the permission for me to post in the support or recruitment channels, in which I helped other players through the application process to get into your clan. So folly of you. Continual blunders, and let this one be your biggest. Maybe that way you can learn. Nevermind some racism, such as refusing an Asian from the clan after looking at their steam and saying that they'd be disallowed from the clan, because of their timezone and telling them that no-one would be online when they would be and that they'd just complain about it. I wish you luck, no hard feelings.

Honestly it could have being good if they whouldnt think they could afford to lose the best players. They lost marchall, biscuit, clockwork, eczer, myra and a lot more. If you take away all the non reasonable bans it could have being a solid clan. But now all the best guides and carries just move on to an other clan cuz there they can chill a bit and do shit they want. In IW you wont be forgiven, trust me ive being there. I just wanted to be in a clan with some friends that I accualy like playing with when im not doing anything special and applied for the role of ally. And just for that ive being banned from the discord.
