Warden of Nothing (Ordeal Nightfall) - Champion Rewards Bug
Warden of Nothing (Ordeal Nightfall). Hero difficulty (don't know about other difficulties). PC.
If the fireteam dies at the final boss and has to restart the encounter, then the game is giving Gold champion rewards instead of Platinum even though we kill every single champion.

I can confirm that this also happens on Legend and Master difficulty.
