Trying to remove linked accounts and change a steam account
My account is mained from my XBL account, nothing will change there. However both the PS4 account and Steam account linked are incorrect thanks to no confirmation on what Sony account was being linked and a dead steam account being linked. Is there anything I can do? It wont let me deactivate cross save for the time being since I made a purchase on my Xbox but I was wondering if I can just change what accounts are linked?

2 RepliesYou cannot unlink accounts while Cross-Save is active. In addition to that, you must be able to log into an account in order to unlink it. Neither account was dead at the time you linked them as you were able to log into them. You can request Cross-Save be deactivated using the Cross-Save form here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099 , but keep in mind that disabling Cross-Save for any reason, even if Bungie does it for you, will impose a 90-day security lockout during which you cannot reenable Cross-Save. Even with disabling Cross-Save, the part above still applies that you cannot unlink an account without logging into it, so you'll need to log into the PSN ID and Steam ID in order to unlink them.
