Its always been very finicky. I have experienced the same thing on the rare occasions that I do use bottom tree. I honestly do not understand what their thought process was when adding suppression to it.🤔 I mean... its great and all but suppression doesnt do anything in PvE and if you try to use it against a super in PvP you will almost always end up getting killed or at least end up trading with the super if you are using the peregrine greaves. I guess since it an AOE it could effect nearby enemies in PvP so thats a plus but that doesnt really matter if it doesnt work in general lol. Hit registration on Shield Bash has ALWAYS been trash compared to the other shoulder charges and its still effected by the in air distant lunge nerf that they supposedly “removed” a long while ago😒.
