As these are no longer of any value/use, I’d like to delete the more-than-four-thousand mod components I have. How can I multi-delete these?? PLEASE HELP !!!
This is still a big problem, I have 12000, and deleting these one by one will take 12 hours. Ive run out of space in vault and dont like these taking up 12 slots in my inventory. Why cant the cryptarch now multi dismantle these like he did with shaders up to last season.

Yep to that times lots. Pressing F then wait then do it again x 1000 to free up one inventory slot! Good grief - I can only assume there's some unseen rocket science behind implementing this, otherwise... no, I can see no other reason why Bungie hasn't implemented this. Just checked - takes four seconds to do one. That's an hour and seven minutes to clear one slot. Oh joy - what AM I waiting for?! :D

1 ReplyBump. Is this ever going to be addressed? I don't want to spend hours discarding mod components. Why is there no option to discard stacks? There is no use to these things after you've gotten all the mods you can buy with them. Even if you accidentally discard a large stack, they're not difficult to re-obtain. The solution was MUCH worse than the problem (discarding a stack of mod components vs discarding individual mod components).

Edited by Paclett: 8/3/2020 6:23:13 PMBump. Would Bungie consider a slider menu to multi-dismantle items? I have 2k+ of mod components, not to mention other items, like shaders etc. The idea would be: hold [Key/Button] to dismantle, if there are 2+ items in a stack a slider appears which allows to set an amount of items to dismantle at once. Confirm or Cancel buttons and... done. Items get dismantled and the player (if applicable) gets resources from them (shards etc.). This could also be useful at creating stack items (ie. shaders) - do to collections etc. hold to create and set desired amount. The cost summary gets consumed in the process, ofc.
