Is 100 mobility, 100 recovery good for pvp and pve?

I recently got these stats and I’m not sure if they are effective in both aspects of the game. Someone inform me.

Just got my hunter with 100 mobility 60 resilience 100 recovery 40 discipline 60 intellect and 40 strength. Yeah I’m happy with that loadout.
