Can I get banned for using custom Steam Controller config?
Hi,
I would like to know if there's anything wrong with using Steam Controller with custom keybinds, in other words I want to emulate keyboard and mouse movement on the Steam Controller. I don't plan on using any third party software, but rather only Steam's Steam Controller config window for key mapping. Gyro aiming is fun, but not worth getting banned for.

You will not. As far as I know no one has ever been banned because of custom configurations on keyboards. I even have custom controllers for my Xbox. Never been reported.

i use a xbox one controller from PDP. i think you can use any gamepad and configs as long you don't cheat

I believe you wont get banned for using official steam tech. I used to use an Xbox Controller via bluetooth on PC before. No issue. But just to make sure, wait for an official bungie reply.
