Hi,
several users have the issue, that they still have the old Blizzard version of Destiny 2 installed on their PCs. Unfortunately a clean uninstall via the Windows Control Panel is not possible as the Battle.net App does not have Destiny 2 in the games list any longer. Now I (and I guess a lot of other users also according to the Blizzard forums) have two Destiny 2 installations on their computers. In my case that are over 100GB of space occupied for nothing! I tried to contact Blizzard but they are stubborn and referring to the Bungie support as they do not longer support Destiny 2.
So, what can we do here? Hoping Bungie has a solution for this and or maybe can talk to Blizzard making them release an uninstall tool of some kind, etc.

As I'm not sure if you were able to solve this, and since I had a similar issue... I have a potential solution. At least, this is what worked for me. (I found this on the Steam Threads by the way). I deleted the folders to try and reduce the space Blizzard's version was taking up, but wanted to completely remove the game as well since it showed it was still taking about 14 gigs of space and because Battle.net installer doesn't list this game I keep finding recommendations to use a 3rd party uninstaller. I tried Revo, but wasn't able to get it to work. Per the comment on Steam, IOBit Uninstaller was recommended; I tried it and it worked. Nice part, I was asked if I wanted IOBit to look for and remove any additional residual files as well. Hope this works for you! This was possible thanks to the comment made by Dragonaf5 in the below thread. https://steamcommunity.com/app/1085660/discussions/0/2733047810446511902/?l=swedish

5 RepliesEdited by ®♪AN7♪®: 3/29/2020 3:58:19 PMThe main thing is if you have an old preserved character ( Purchasing License for game | Battle.net | ) that can transfer to | Steam | https://www.bungie.net/7/ru/PCMove Hello first you need to move the game yourself (if you have it on your personal computer game itself ) and start checking the game or start reinstalling the game itself | Steam | C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Destiny 2 ...N7® .
