With Trials back, what is the best PvP class for PvP overall and Trials right now?
Which subclass and/or what setup do you use?

1 Replyhunters are op crutches
-
2 RepliesHunters always win the pvp meta.
-
hunter is best because of mobility, and you can use that for everything. I mainly ran a titan before i began my redrix grind, but i am a hunter main now cause of the mobility. idk :)
-
1 ReplyLuke Smith. He's the only one winning in this game!
-
1 ReplySo can bungie plz see this and nerf hunters or buff all other classes. Thnnx
-
4 Replies“Strongest” is relative. “Most popular” is more definitive. The reason Hunters are so popular in PvP is because literally anyone with a functioning frontal cortex and experience in a game as basic as the original Metroid knows how to properly double jump. Titan and Warlock take some getting used to, a higher skill floor. But their performance, the skill CEILING, is 100% dependent on the individual player. And we have cloaks. Suck it
-
Honestly now feels like the most balance class wise pvp has ever been
-
2 RepliesHunter mains will still argue that hunters aren’t strong lmao
-
2 RepliesWarlocks are on 6% Bungie: we better nerf warlocks as that's to high
-
2 RepliesThe scariest player is the one that craps all over the enemy team while wearing a bathrobe
-
1 ReplyBungie: “What’s that? You want us to Nerf Warlocks again?”
-
I mean there’s a reason you go into iron banner and at least 4 out of 6 of the enemy players or even your team are playing hunter, it’s not just coincidence
-
6 RepliesOnly a dumbass would say it's not Hunters.
-
Every class has their strength and weaknesses, and are pretty balanced. Though I will say Hunters have always had the "noob friendly" kit and are "easier" to get into.
-
28 RepliesThis game is completely catered to hunters right now. There’s simply no arguing it. Only class with wall hacks. Invisibility. In air accuracy with no trade offs. Instant health regen. The list goes on. Yes titans and locks have their pluses but they just don’t compare.
-
Probably Hunters. I have a much easier time on them. But I absolutely love playing top tree Dawnblade with a sidearm and sniper. Excellent movement. Super is ass though.
-
5 RepliesEvery class has its strengths, it's really preference based Hunters have dodge, wormhusk and invis Titans have barricades, suppression nades and amazing supers Warlocks have icarus dash, arc web, celestial fire
-
10 RepliesEdited by Smough: 3/29/2020 7:50:56 PMHunter is the best against average or below average players, since those players typically have a harder time tracking hunters because of the jump and dodge. However against higher skilled players I doubt the jump and dodge is nearly as useful. Hunters also have pretty weak supers and abilities, making them fairly weak. Titans have some of the best supers and abilities for pvp though, and arguably the best pvp exotics as well. So I’d say they are the best class.

Hunters are strong, but running into a full team of middle tree strikers is a nightmare.
-
It’s funny because when I get my friends to play destiny 2 for the first time they usually pick hunter
-
My personal favorite is titans right now. Suppressor nades are great and the barricade is fantastic for getting revives.
-
4 RepliesNo contest really, having just played iron banner on all characters for bounties, hands down hunters the best. The movement speed alone is the main factor let alone having best supers and exotic armour. I should of stuck as hunter main as changed to titan for D2.
-
1 ReplyIn my eyes tge order goes something like this: Hunter > Titan > Warlock The reason is far more often than not Hunters are just best suited for the Crucible, and now that Titans have had OEM toned down they're not as supreme as they were before. That being said, there are things that Titans and Warlocks do that Hunters can't, and any player can make any class formidable if they find their groove. Remember, use what you feel the most comfortable with, and don't sprint around those corners; D2's PvP environment rewards reacting to other players mistakes via a bait-and-switch playstyle.

While my answer is hunters... bottom tree warlock with get away artists are pretty good. Extra damage and will shoot before you might even see anyone.
-
4 Replieswarlock is more fun than good… but top tree nova bomb is great.
-
There’s no question that it’s currently Hunter overall. I’m NOT saying that warlocks and titans can’t do well or that certain of their subclasses aren’t good, but there can be no question that if you want the class with a low floor and a high ceiling then it’s hunter. And with the way that stompees work and the incredible speed at which Hunters can move around the map there’s just no question. Mobility is king and Hunters do it best.
