I really appreciate that bungie is creating a pvp end game and has executed Trials with relatively few hiccups (not counting token farming.....That's a big oof). However, as a solo player there is a distinct lack of endgame activity for solo players. Back in the day for PVE we had the dreaming city and ascendant challenges and powerful gear and all the joy that came with being able to do that alone. Now those things all exist but now we have no reason to play those activities. Would love to see those made relevant again. Also for pvp I'd love to see an endgame for pvp solo players. Maybe a hybrid of rumble and survival that gives solo players an activity where they can test themselves without getting curb stomped by stacked teams.

15 RepliesThe game isn’t meant for solo players. It’s meant to complete activities in fireteams. Raids, trials, high tier NF, dungeons. All require fireteams. There seem to be enough solo players that you all could form fire teams together through the various resources. If you don’t WANT to, that’s fine, but that’s your choice and the game is not required to change because you don’t WANT to play with other people. They met in the middle ground with matchmaking, but that’s for stuff that can be done with little to no communication. Higher tier activities require communication and coordination, and thus do not have matchmaking.

Almost all activities are soloable or have matchmaking.

I've seen some people try to win as many games In a row in rumble as possible. I solo queued to legend for my first time and earned not forgotten. I plan on earning the unbroken title. Those should be good challenges for a solo player. Did you get all triumphs for all game types and weapon types.i recently finished all the weapons. Still working on game types

2 RepliesImagine playing D2 solo

People still think this game was meant to be a solo experience? 😂

8 RepliesThis is not a solo game and it never was nor will be. It wasn't designed for solo play it was designed to be played in a fireteam.

End game for everyone is shite not just solo. The whole game is literally pointless

Rumble survival would be a cool game mode actually, maybe first to hit 20 points but you only have 5 lives before you’re out. Ascendant challenges and also nightmares are two activities I think could be altered to be rewarding and more relevant that solo players could strive towards.

How about ww can do everything solo, with match making? (tick tick tick, waiting to hear how it will kill Destiny. Heard it a million time before) - I watch as this game slowly bleeds out.... -
