It has been 2 weeks as of 2 hours ago (trust me, I have been keeping track) since I was put on matchmaking restriction, and it has not been lifted. I have emailed Bungie regarding the restriction previously, as well as posted other forums simply trying to figure out why I was restricted in the first place. I have received nothing from Bungie, and now my restriction has exceeded the amount of time that is was supposed to be. I was hopeful that I would be able to continue playing after today's reset, seeing as that is the exact time that the restriction was placed 2 weeks ago, but now my faith in the system has been lost. I asked very simple questions and received no answers. I just want to know when I can expect my two-week restriction to be lifted, and why it was placed to begin with.
