Artifact power in iron banner
I have been running into some people who have had artifact power enabled in iron banner, I don’t know how but all their gear was 1000 power but their light level was 1011

From what I gather they are resetting the artifact while in a game and it shows their max light. The price increases every time you reset it so it quickly becomes non-viable for long term use.
