CANT CLAIM TWITCH PRIME REWARD. Expires tomorrow!
Unsure what sub account to file under. ..........I'm trying to claim the exotic poultry petting bundle on twitch prime for the past 2 days. It says my account is linked. But the claim button just swirls around and around infinitely.
I tried refreshing. Doesn't say claimed.
Tried signing back in and relinking all accounts (bungie.net and PlayStation) and it does the same thing.
Tried on a pc, and I different mobile device, on WiFi and verizons network and they are all doing the same thing.

I have 2 twitch accounts on different amazon prime accounts, and my other account can claim things just fine. I'm not sure what's going on. But bungie.net has No customer service to submit a ticket so this is frustrating. The bundle expires tomorrow on the 26th. And I will be quite upset if I can't claim it. Especially since I paid for prime again to get this stuff on another PlayStation account.

3 RepliesHi. Thanks for your report. Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site and that you have an active Amazon Prime account?
