I recently bought the upgrade edition to Destiny 2 which contains the Forsaken and Shadowkeep DLCs. There are other people who play on my PC in their seperate accounts but they cannot access the DLCs through family sharing. I would be grateful if somebody could shed some light on this matter as it is very important to me. Thanks! :)

Edited by ADragonWithin: 3/26/2020 10:09:58 AMUnfortunately, as all accounts own Destiny 2 (as it's base game, Destiny 2, is Free to Play), then the DLC cannot be shared to other accounts through Family Sharing, as per Valve's Steam Family Sharing eligibility. DLC can only be shared with an account if that account doesn't own the base game; it's all or nothing. DLC will be shared if the account doesn't own the base game. If the account owns the base game, then they cannot benefit from DLC. You can view more information in Valve's help article for it: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3784-QLBM-5731 The section of note is here.

Unfortunately, Bungie does not support game sharing on any platform. While some Destiny content can be shared on Xbox and PSN, Bungie technically does not support those platforms allowing the license sharing. Steam being a newer contract, does not offer any of the Destiny licenses to be shared across accounts.
