Link xbox account to pc.
I want to transfer my data from xbox to pc after realizing that destiny 2 is now free. I tried doing the cross platform thing and it wont let me authenticate a second account. I can log in using either steam or xbox on the bungie website, but after I click "get started" on the cross saving page it wont let me authenticate a second account. For example, when i log in with my microsoft account it says authenticated but they it wont let me authenticate my steam account and the same applies in reverse. When I log in with my steam account I can not authenticate my microsoft account. Some help would be nice.

3 RepliesIf you’re having trouble with accounts not authenticating when using a PC browser session, try going through the companion app on your phone or tablet. For whatever reason, the app is less prone to this authentication quirk. Also, the Bungie profile that you’re posting from only shows a Steam account linked. Unless you have your Xbox account hidden, you may want to go into your profile settings, under accounts & linking, and verify that you’ve got both accounts linked correctly.
