i had an idea for a cool new hunter exotic for the void subclasses.
THE DESIGN: Gauntlets that has blades incorporated, (i imagine in they would take shape of a bow that has been split down the middle and attached to the arms) as well as maybe tiny potion bottles? to represent poisonous void? (perhaps a bottle or two could dangle from the elbow)
design is quiet extreme but after all this is an exotic!
THE PERK: Tethered enemies from shadow shot constantly take poison damage for as long as they are tethered.
For balancing sake i think that the damage each enemy takes should be fixated to a percentage of the base max health, for example something like “enemies receive damage of 30% of their max health every second for the duration of being tethered” that way this exotic would be viable for PVP and PVE.
if the damage output would be too strong i think an alternative could be: enemies take damage based on the percent of the CURRENT health” this way the lower the enemy health then the lower the damage they receive.

but then what about the intrinsic perk that shares damages between enemies. how would that dot work with that perk
