Respond Time Support Ticket.
Hello All,
I hope someone of the Bungie staff team will see this post and help me further. I have sent bungie a Support Ticket 5 days ago regarding a ban which I find was out of place and a big misunderstanding. After doing some research on when Bungie should respond, I only managed to find forum threads and articles about Bungie never responding to Support Tickets or claiming Bungie does not even have a system like that.
Now my question is, how long does it take IF Bungie does have a Support Ticket system. And how can I be sure I didn't send the Support Ticket for nothing.

5 RepliesThere is no anticipated response time. They’re not even obligated to respond, as all bans are vigorously reviewed before being applied. So if you left a cheat engine running, then it will get you banned from Destiny.
