Powerful Friends mod isn't working on Titan armor
As you can see from the image I posted Powerful Friends is active with the appropriate Arc mods but the mod itself is not giving me the Mobility boost. I have a Warlock that has this mod active and it works perfectly fine. I'll include a link to the image below.

Edit 3/24/2020: Issue resolved. I had to re-install the mod and re-equip it to work. Not sure why it was doing that but the mod is functioning.

I have a season 9 ark cloak that runs powerful friends with the additional ark mod and that is great. I tried to double this up using a season 10 IB chest piece with powerful friends also but that shows the extra 20 mobility on the piece is active but does not actually apply the bonus on my character stats when equipped. I also have a season 9 IB chest piece and if i put powerful friends alone onto that the mobility bonus works.... even without the additional ark mod! The only mod i have currently on that piece is powerfriends and my character mobility stat is 104 with the bonus from the cloak and chest together. The only noticeable difference between the season 10 and season 9 IB chest pieces is that in the 4th mod slot the season 9 piece shows i can use all the undying and last wish riven mods but the season 10 IB chest does not show these mods at all. I think its a bug where the season 10 IB armour is missing the ability to correctly use season 9 mods and there may be an additional bug where some season 9 items can run powerful friends without the secondary ark mod being used. It might be more complex than that but that's what i can see on my account with the gear i have to test it. Hope this helps anybody struggling to get this too work. TL:DR = USE SEASON 9 ARK GEAR..... ? EDIT 2 = I tested this on every item of season 9 IB armour i have and they all proc the powerful friends bonus without the additional ark mod.
