Cannot get past black screen after selecting character
i cannot get past a black screen after selecting my character. I have done a full uninstall reinstall and it still won’t help. My friends account logs in just fine on the same Xbox one x. This started during Season of the worrthless. Can someone please fix my acct?

Had since 8 days ago after choosing my character but with sound i moved some guns over using my app and hear them arrive to my titan after some minutes i get watercress code but its not my Internet tried on 3 xbox and 3 different providers in other locations,i signed on my son and d2 works fine i keep everywhere i can but 8 days on still no luck, i no the world not a place but try 2 fix this problem. Please

7 RepliesI have been having the same issue for 6 days. I have tried 2 different xboxs with same issue and even had another friend login with my account at his house same issue. He logs in just fine with his account. 2 times I have gotten in, went to a planet and played for a bit and as soon as i left to go to tower it says can't find a match and i am back to square 1. Totally a Bungie issue. They are doing nothing to fix. Posted 6 plus times.
