Given the amount of content available right off the bat it's understandable that things be drip fed for genuinely new players, however, given that the only way to change your character's appearance is to make a fresh one and pull your gear from your vault it would be nice to have the option to skip the tutorial so you can jump right back into the swing of things without being hindered by the ball and chain tutorial.
