You have a detailed response to a player on here who got banned for a few months for a poor connection. You seemed to have logs and records of his connection and packet loss.
Can you investigate my competitive game that occured at this time? Around 1235 est.
I got a weasel error, white screened.
Tried to login and got a marrionberry error three times.
Was able to connect back and win the game.
I had the ISP out to my apartment, they replaced router, modem. All of it. I'm playing on a 100 down 40 up. wired.
This is killing my ability to play anything competitive. I've enjoyed pvp since D1.
This error may perhaps worsened since the patch, but I have always been lagging out. The ISP also said they're re not replacing the wiring under the apartment complex because no one else is having this problem and it's an extremely burdensome task.

3 RepliesWhat exactly are you wanting them to do? Security team is not a troubleshooting resource, if you have taken steps to correct any issues you were having that is all you can do. If the issues are wiring related they cannot force the ISP to replace cable.
