Lost quest icon and all progress on Shadowkeep campaign
The game wouldn’t register my completion of step “Beyond” after finishing it several times. Then, it made my campaign quest/pursuit icon in my Director disappear and the campaign icon on the Moon map is now for the “Mysterious Disturbance” step again. But when I try to just complete “Mysterious Disturbance” by launching it from the map, it lets me play it/finish it but doesn’t give me the next step. And I still have no quest icon my Director to track it. This is preventing me from unlocking Pit of Heresy and getting progress on Xenophage quest. Not to mention just the fun of actually finishing the campaign. Help!

1 ReplyEdited by PyroAJM: 3/21/2020 11:25:10 AMThose icons on the map that you're launching the missions from are for the Weekly Heroic Shadowkeep missions. Those are not campaign missions, as those are launched from locations on the moon itself, they cannot be launched from the map. Also, looking at your collection, you have Pheonix Cradle unlocked, which is a reward for completing the Shadowkeep campaign, so you've already finished all the Shadowkeep story.
