Destiny 2 Steam Transfer - STILL NO RESPONSE FROM BUNGIE

Hey guys, so I posted a thread a few months ago trying to get help with this; Bungie still has offered no help on the front. Why they don't offer proper customer support is beyond me - I bought Destiny 2 before it was F2P and purchased Forsaken upon release. These details DID NOT transfer during the Steam transfer, even though I followed all directions. I've been attempting periodically to get help or hope solutions appear over the last few months, but to no avail. Is there anyway to get some feedback or help from Bungie, please? It's already hard enough to get customer support from them, let alone being held back from enjoying a game I paid for. Please, Bungie, offer some assistance here; I enjoy your game and would like to keep playing it with my husband, but we can't because of this issue. Thank you.

  • There was an issue with the licenses some time ago, but that has since been fixed. The revised steps to migrate are: 1. Log into the Destiny 2 on Steam 2. Once on the character screen, close the game 3. Remigrate using the PC Move page: https://www.bungie.net/7/en/PCMove 4. Load the game up on Steam to verify licenses If there are any further issues, please reply back with all the details or better yet, include a link to a screenshot showing the issue.
