Can’t cross save Steam -> PSN: Steam account not recognized
I’m trying to enable cross save so I can play my destiny 2 character built on steam with PSN friends.
My bungie account is logged in with steam. When I go to cross save settings it shows steam as authenticated. I can successfully add my PSN account but it will not enable the Next button. If I add an Xbox account it enables the next button and only offers me the PSN and Xbox accounts to choose from.
Based on this it appears that Bungie is not recognizing the Steam account it is logged in with. How do I fix this issue?

1 ReplyTry a different browser. If that doesn't work and you have access to another computer try it on the other computer. Finally, you can also enable cross save using the Destiny 2 Companion App, give that a try if different browsers and computers don't work for you.
