Can not upgrade Ed’s bunker
No matter what I do I can not upgrade the bunker or do the legendary spelunking lost sector.

1 ReplyTry to upgrade the "Valkyrie Spawner: tier 1" under the rank 1 EDZ bunker upgrades menu. This is what prevent you from complete the quest step.

2 RepliesYou can't do any upgrades if the bunker is offline. You need to clear it out first and reactivate it. (You have to do this every day, not just once, to continue to upgrade it. Unless you use the boon/perk item that automatically clears it) Go to the back of the bunker, and there should be a door to enter to clear the bunker and reactivate it for the day.
