I tried that too but that doesn't make any sense. you recover immediately from rifts wells ect. there isn't a "faster recovery" for those types of things because you recover as soon as you do it. the flavor text here doesn't mention rifts or anything to indicate it needs help. and even if this is the supposed way the Catalyst works then why does it feel like the perk was rushed and doesn't really do anything to improve it?
