Can't Play on Xbox one X, watercress error after character selection, PC works fine
Open the game, start. Game log me in, characters appear. I select any of them, black screen for a long time, then watercress error.
Sometimes it starts, but when I change planets or activities it crashes and NEWT error.
Cleaned the cache, reinstalled the game, tested in two different Xbox, same error.
THIS IS NOT A NETWORK PROBLEM. All other games works fine AND other accounts works fine.
On my PC the game works perfectly, logged today, played for several hours, activities, planets, season rewards, etc. No problem whatsoever, SAME NETWORK.
My clan plays on Xbox and I can't play with them. Please, help me. The problem started with the week reset on the March 17.

Players will have to wait until this time to play through Trials again to earn the rewards from these challenges. In a future patch, we will move this reset to the Friday daily reset.[/url]

I have reset router, hard reset xbox, cleared cache, removed and reinstalled unnecessary DLC and reinstalled the game. No improvement, I can get past character select maybe 1 in 10 times and each new loading screen (ship) has a high chance of newt error. The exact same console, game install and internet work fine on a friends account I jumped on. I can use the account that is a problem on xbox without issue on the steam.

I was just told this issue is affecting 12 people worldwide we are the unlucky few. But goodness is there will be a fix for our accounts in the next 2-12 days!!!

I’m in the same boat and just want to be able to get on my main account! Second weekend of Trials and can’t even play still! This is getting old! I payed for the game bungie please help us get our accounts back! #help #bungiehelp

1 ReplyMy friend has this also we have combined tried everything using both our accounts on both Xbox’s my account works fine but his won’t load on either Xbox/network I’m guessing it’s a cross save issue as that’s the only Difference between the 2 accounts.. but saying g that he has disabled cross save and is still getting the same issue...
