These are usually caused by you or a member of your pre-made fireteam doing something... less than honorable behind the scenes of your matches. If it was not you, then it was a member of your team and Bungie has no real way to determine how much or little you knew about the player who was doing it, but it should have been obvious is that something fishy was going on. One of the biggest indicators of network manipulation and the largest red flag to bail out of your team is when your enemy loses 1 or more players in numerous matches. Quite simple. Bungie srt found a program on your pc that violates the tos. There is a very good chance that you will get no reply from bungie. If you do, it will be a vague answer. You must have some type of code injecting software on your pc, even if its not for Destiny
