Requires season pass rank 92 perk! I HAVE IT!
Can not buy weapon from rasputin after reaching season rank 92, i got the perk active, but in edz armory I can not buy the daily weapon!

There's several reports of bunker perks not working on alt characters. Check your first character, or the character that started the bunker quest initially if that doesn't work.
