Khvostov 7G-02: early Rasputin weapon?
When you compare this weapon to the Seventh Seraph Carbine there are striking similarities. So I have to wonder: was the Khvostov originally created by Rasputin? Or is Rasputin dispensing updated weapons based on older designs from an unknown manufacturer?

In the quest the blueprints complain about the stock make not being acceptable for military use. I believe it was the standard weapon for whatever military was active in Russia at the time.

The Khvostov was created by a Golden Age Russian weapons manufacturing industry and was likely a standard weapon used by security or military at the Cosmodrome (the location where we have found multiple copies of the weapon). Rasputin is making new, more powerful weapons for us based off of these older designs that he has access to

Khvostov is an older make. Looks like a gun from today in the real world. I mean, naturally those designs are recycled
