Make all raids pinnacle gear
Limit to one raid of pinnacle gear per week... that's fine.
Just don't make us run GoS for months. Give us a choice.

1 ReplyWhat I would love them to do is something like Age of Triumph in D1, where they would bring back old raids, raise their difficulty, add certain challenges, and drop pinnacle armor and weapons that use ornaments.

Agreed. There is no loot reason at all to run the older Raids - which is a sad because they can be fun to complete.

I suggested this months ago, and got slammed for it. Now it's a good idea? Yeah! I thought it was too, back in October.

2 RepliesNot all raids, have a weekly rotating raid. It should be a checklist bounty for the pinnacle. You have to kill all the bosses and actually complete the entire raid to get the pinnacle, not just check point the last boss.

1 ReplyEdited by Demon_XXVII: 3/17/2020 5:33:51 PMHere’s a simple solution On a rotation every week (the rewards just move randomly) Put a specific [b]Pinnacle Reward[/b] piece - for specific slot of Armour (5) or Weaponry (3) in each of the following :- 1• ALL Raids (All bumped up to current light level - although our light levels are reduced anyways?) 7x Raids (Leviathan/EoW/SoS/Last Wish/Scourge/Crown/GoS) - Go Raid - FULL completions in all 7 if desired (no Wall of Wishes etc) - [b]8x pinnacle[/b] (specific drops for each Raid - no repeat farming - account based) 2• NIGHTFALL Ordeal (Lowest ? 1000+) 3• Master Hunts 950 (x3) 4• Crucible - [b]winning[/b] matches in Valour(5) & Comp(5) 5• Dungeons (complete both) 6• Flashpoint (might actually get folk to the planet) 7• Gambit - either mode (win 7 matches) (That’s 7•slots) .....1 left ...Maybe Forges/Vendor Challenges/Reckoning ??? That way - you can see that “specific this week”, the Pinnacle Helm is available from Dungeons (x2) A Pinnacle Heavy is from Hunts (x3) Pinnacle Arms from Crucible Etc And you can set off to get what’s needed accordingly (plus older Raids might actually be worth the while - especially for those that are new to the game/never raided etc) All in addition to the regular rewards

They’re probably saving this for next season just like with updated raids towards end of D1Y3.

And if they could make the year 1 raid weapons have random rolls as well? That would be great. It’s almost surprising considering that they made the armor in the old raids armor 2.0.

Putting them on a rotation and updating the light level of the old raids to match the newest would be a great change.

3 RepliesThe reason they are not doing that is simply because they want to sell shadowkeep dlc. To be 100% honest with ya if i could get to 1010 via playing Last Wish and Shattered Throne i would simply just play those and wouldn't even buy Shadowkeep. They know that.

This solution is so simple.. but would improve the grind so much. Just rotate the raid for pinnacle drops weekly.

They probably will try something like they did in season of triumph in d1. They brought back all the raids at a higher power level with all the gear and armor dropping as powerfuls. On top of that they added ornaments that you could only get in those raids.
