Be banned and they didn't tell me how to lift the ban (Destiny 2)

I didn't cheat, but my network was not stable, so I dropped the line several times in a strike.Maybe bungie thought I was destroying other player's game so bungie banned me.I have submitted my form(Case ID: 14945) and bungie told me to wait.I have waited for 2 days and there is no response of whether bungie lifted the ban or not,and I still can't sign in. (My character's name is MangoGO.If you are an administrator and see this message, you can review my account's data and please help me and give me at least one reply about this event. Thank you very much!)

  • You may not get an answer from Bungie after submitting your form. This ban may be likely to do with you running something while playing D2. What software were you running/is there any software on your pc that can inject code like debuggers or cheats?

    • "Drop the line"?????? Did you use a network accelerator or something as that is network manipulation. Things you get banned for. Using cheats (does not have to be for Destiny). Network manipulation. Programming tools active. Playing in a fireteam for multiple games when a team mate is doing network manipulation to kick other players or to control matchmaking.
