Powerful Gear -1 Less than expected Power Level
My Base Power Level is 997 but all my Powerful Drops are dropping at 999, not 1000 as expected???

after what i seen on my ps4 pro shadow keep equipment boss group mission on higher difficulty as mastery and higher aka tier 5 go up to gear power level 1030 just that infusion is caped at 1010.

I don’t think the Exotic chest piece is counting towards my base power level.

Also use vendor engrams to level out your armor/weapons. You may use a lot of currencies in the process but I learned it helps. Example: all of your equipped items are 998 but your class item is 994, using vendor engrams until you get a high class item drop will essentially guarantee your next powerful drop/prime engram will boost your base level by at least 1
