Dynamo and Absolution Mod Question
Do:
1. Either of; or
2. Both
the Dynamo and Absolution mods (Armor 1.0 and/or Armor 2.0) currently work? I remember Bungie did some disabling a while back, can’t seem to find release notes, or any information really about the current state.

They do not affect cooldown in pvp from my test 5 minutes ago.
