My characters/progress are all gone up every week.
I was hacked in a month, and along with the Sony support, I managed to regain my account. But my characters are all gone by the way, and their respective items and stories are "retlads.
I wanted to know how to proceed with this situation that is destroying my online experience of a game that I played for years.
Can someone help me?

2 RepliesSecurity is the responsibility of the account holder, not Bungie. If someone hacked your account and altered/removed your previous characters etc, then they are simply gone. Bungie does not restore lost or deleted items/characters. It's not what you want to hear, but that's simply the way it is. Make sure you enable 2FA on all your platform accounts, change the passwords on all platform accounts, and change the password on any associated email accounts as well - since if they have access to that then they will just find out your new security changes.
