Small rice cake question
Do the small rice cakes for the had rabbits drop more than once per week on the same character? I haven’t gotten a solid answer from anywhere. Also, do you need to complete the shadowkeep campaign to get them? Like can a secondary or tertiary character that hasn’t completed shadowkeep earn them from chests. I’m working on getting harbinger so I just need to plan stuff out. Thank you
