Devils Ruin hidden perk no longer activates
As the title says, I have been in the tribute hall firing off magazine after magazine. Typically I can get the "hidden perk" to proc once every so often. But since tuesday, I haven't been able to get get it to work. Possible bug? Maybe a nerf?
