Moving regions EU -> NA, PSN and Cross Save
I used to live in an EU region, mainly played PS4, started playing PC, PSN is my main account for cross save.
I have just bought a new PS4 in the NA region where I now live, is there a way to link my account while keeping my characters?

You can log into your PSN ID on your new PS4 and play using your already-existing characters. If you wish to create a new PSN ID because of your purchase options concerning currency cards and the like, then, as TuxyDoh mentioned, you cannot transfer your save data from one PSN ID to another. Please note that you can still purchase currency cards from the same EU sources online that you had access to before, and when you're using the Playstation with your EU PSN ID, you'll still be on the EU PSN Store. All of that is tied to the PSN ID's region and independent of your actual geographically-located region.
