How to I actually message Bungie?

I’ve been locked out for destiny for almost 76 days because I purchased silver. I’ve missed so much game play THAT IVE ALREADY PAID FOR. I’m not happy about this because Bungie is locking me out of my own account because I purchased silver FROM THEM in THEIR GAME. Now Im being locked out of a game I’ve spent money on? This is unacceptable

  • Hello, Based on your report, You are having issues with Cross saving as you have purchased Silver in the recent months. This is a security feature of Cross save and there is no way around it. You may make a ticket via ([url]https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099[/url]) but.. you maybe denied. Remember to Make the ticket with respect and fairness and not to let your own frustration come out of it.
