Moon - Collect Supplies Patrol - Never Drops Items
If you get the patrol "Collect Supplies" from the ghost near near the Shadowkeep in Sorrow's Harbor, you will never get any supplies to drop. I've had this issue prior to tonight, but tonight I decided to travel all over the moon to see if I could get a drop.
If I pick up the same patrol in Anchor of Light, it works fine.

Also you will often have to kill specific enemies for the required items to drop, so pull out your Ghost and it will say which enemies to look for.
